• NEW: Antelope Square- JJ Revolving Sushi Bar & Chinese Restaurant as the latest addition to Antelope Square. Opening in March 2012. Also expected are Hole-N-One Donuts & Bagels, and Ira’s Fitness Pros as initial tenants to the recently acquired shopping center. (11/12/11)
• NEW: IRA's Fitness will be open for pre-membership Nov 17,18 and 19th of 2011 at Antelope Square, more information.
• Miguel Jr- Menifee Shopping Center
• Texas Roadhouse-Coming Dec. 2011
• Menifee Lakes Plaza- 71 room Hotel, convenience store, gas, lube and carwash- On the corner of Newport and Antelope Road, 120,848 square feet. This strip is going to contain retail, and restaurants, a Hotel,  gas station & convenience store. Call 949-660-1300 for more information.
• Newport Square- Newport Road and Menifee Road- 129,204 square feet.  Will contain office space, drugstore, childcare and a market (? Fresh and Easy according to their website).  However, a October 2010 discussion I had with the developer informed me that the  project is put on hold indefinitely.

• Heritage Square-  Menifee Road and McCall. 132,580 Square feet. Anchor store plus 5 retail spaces. Contact Steve Felderman 951-461-4648
• Super Walmart- Off Scott Road and Haun. Expected to open January 2013

Rumored and/or discussed but not finalized.

• T.G.I Fridays- the owners shows them in the pre-construction phase. We are waiting to here back from them about the specifics as of 11/10/2011
• Fresh and Easy- their site has said coming soon for a while... still says this as of 11/11. The project where they were to be located was put on hold.
• Menifee Crossroads- Scott and 215.  Super Walmart,  Carwash, fast food, restaurant, retail and more. Still under discussion. Walmart will be open 24/7.
• Movie Theater- South of Menifee Marketplace off of Haun road has been proposed.
• Aquatic Center- Was going to be near  Haun and Newport Road but now expected to be located near Evan's Park. Timeline unknown at this time.
• New City Hall and Courthouse? Has been mentioned. More information coming soon.
• Skateboard Park- Potential skateboard park in Menifee. See newspaper article from November 26th, 2008. It is expected  that this park will be located near Paloma Valley High School.

Infrastructure

• Murrieta Hot Springs to Scott Road widening- Currently underway, will be completed 2013.
• Scott Road and Newport Road overpasses to be re-done. Suspect clover leaf interchanges. Part of the 215 Project. Final design phase begins Early 2011 to late 2013. Construction late 2013 and be completed 2016.
• 215/Scott road interchange re-design are in the design and environmental review stage. The Final design stage will begin January 2011 to Late 2013.  Funding is limited. If adequate funding can occur, Construction may begin 2013 and will be done mid 2016 according i215 project.  Newport Interchange much later. • Holland Bridge Overpass- may not be done until after interchanges are completed.  2015 or later?
